The VR Workplace Ready and Interview Studio is an intensive in-person, 1-day innovation and interview training experience designed for employees, employers, emerging creators, and innovators ready to gain mastery of interviewing and workplace strategies using VR and AI simulations.

This immersive lab blends career readiness, professional communication training, and VR-based interview practice to build essential workplace skills. Participants receive live coaching on pacing, presence, tone, storytelling, and answering structured interview questions—supported by actionable AI scoring reports and dynamic VR simulations that mirror real interview rooms, meeting spaces, and professional scenarios.
