💪 Workplace success today demands more than technical expertise. It requires adaptability, digital fluency, emotional intelligence, interview and public speaking skills and confidence in navigating an evolving job market.
Through Virtual Reality simulations, AI-powered tools, and expert-led workshops, participants will learn how to communicate ideas, solve transport and energy related problems, improve their interview skills and pitch their solutions with confidence, preparing them for success in both entrepreneurship and employment.
This engaging experience blends career readiness training, problem-solving, and VR pitching practice to help participants master real-world communication and innovative thinking in a collaborative environment, driven by effective AI reports and interactions! Students put their learning and skills to the test in an exciting Interview and Pitch Gala, where they gain powerful insights from our industry partner Fleet Zero and have a chance to win awards!
Across four dynamic modules, participants will:
- Master the 5 C’s of Workplace Resilience: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, and Cultural Intelligence
- Learn how to leverage AI for job searches, resume optimization, and interview success
- Practice essential workplace skills in VR-powered simulations
- Build confidence through real-life scenario training, including interviews, leadership conversations, and team collaboration
Upon completion, students will earn a Centennial College Certificate in VR Workplace Readiness and gain access to mentorship support for career development.

Blending AI-powered interview simulations with immersive Virtual Reality problem-solving environments, the studio offers a one-of-a-kind, hands-on learning experience that strengthens communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Participants receive real-time AI feedback, engage in realistic industry challenges, and connect with expert mentors and industry leaders through a mix of online and in-person sessions, preparing them to excel in interviews, teamwork, and entrepreneurial innovation.
