The Double Diamond is a design framework developed by the British Design Council that guides businesses through a four-stage process: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver, to create user-centred products and services.
The Design Councilโs Double Diamond illustrates how ideas evolve through exploration and focus. It moves from Discover and Defineโunderstanding and framing the problemโto Develop and Deliverโcreating and testing solutions.
